Travel Credits

For many of our Guests, your 2020 travel plans were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected so many people worldwide.

Our guests' and staffs’ wellbeing and safety is our top priority, hence we have cancelled the majority of our trips until the 31 August 2021. If we are holding a credit for your cancelled trip, the following information is designed to help you re-book a future adventure when it suits you.

100% Credit

If your 2020 Tour was cancelled and you have left your Tour Deposit or Fee with Maglia Nera Tours, you will retain a full credit. If you need your money refunded, there my be an Administration Fee, please Contact U s to discuss

Tour Price

If the Tour you booked in 2020 remains exactly the same, Maglia Nera Tours will endeavour to keep the price the same. Though as we move into 2022 we cannot guarantee that our partners will honour their prices as well, in this case we will need to raise the tour fee.

Flexibility

If your orginal tour is cancelled, you can use your credit towards any other tour we have on offer, anywhere in the world. Credits can ONLY be used for full fee tours (excludes charity tours).

Transfer

We understand that the global pandemic may have changed your life, its plans and hence you may want to transfer your credit to a relative or friend.

If you choose to not tour, but Transfer you fee to someone else, you are more than welcome too.

This will not incur any fees.

Re-booking

When rebooking, please note:

More Expensive Trip: If you choose to book a more expensive trip than the one you first booked, you will be required to pay the difference between your credit and trip price.

Less Expensive Trip: If you book a trip that is cheaper than the one you originally booked, you can use the remainder of your credit towards an additional trip, an additional person or hold it for a future trip.

Expiry Date

We understand this is an uncertain time and it might be a little while before you're ready to travel again, so there is no expiry date on this credit.
